Our minimum order value for private customers is $1,500 for delivery to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Cases can be mixed. If your order is under minimum, there will be an additional surcharge for delivery. Charges may apply for delivery to outlying areas, please enquire.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Kedington Wines is proud of its state-of-the-art wine storage facility and management system. All bottles are kept in pristine condition and are carefully inspected by our Logistics Team before delivery. We encourage our customers to check regardless upon delivery for any missing bottles or breakage. If there have been any errors during the delivery process, please contact us immediately. Please note that there is NO return, refund or exchange for the following items: Products that have been purchased for more than 30 days
Corked/defective wines due to incorrect storage after delivery
Products that were purchased on a sales promotion or clearance
Any free gift product and samples
In the event of dispute, Kedington Wines decision shall be final and conclusive. Exchange can be arranged for any damaged, defective or incorrect product. Again, please notify us immediately if any issues on your delivery and we will arrange the drop-off at your earliest convenience, free of charge. Should the product be sold out at the time of exchange, we will refund the value of the product at which it was purchased. Kedington Wines reserves the rights to verify each product’s condition before agreeing to a refund, should it be necessary. Please note that original delivery fees will not be refunded.

Any information which you provide to us on the website or otherwise is used for such purposes as fulfilling orders, responding to requests, improving our product offering, communication with you and statistically analyzing site usage. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of our features.
Kedington Wines confirms every purchase with an e-mail to every customer with a valid e-mail address. From time to time, we will send out newsletters and/or event invitations to those who have signed up to our subscription. Should you decide not to continue with our updates, please do not hesitate to email us to unsubscribe. By doing so, we will remove all your information from our email list.
Release of Information
Customer information is shared outside of Kedington Wines under the following circumstances – Agents – We employ third parties to perform functions on our behalf, such as deliveries and newsletter updates. They will only have access to personal information required to perform their functions and nothing more. Business Transfers – As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that Kedington Wines, or a part of, is acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets. Legal Protection – We will release account and other personal information as we see appropriate in order to comply with the law; whether it is to enforce our agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Kedington Wines or others. With Your Consent – Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when your information might go to third parties, and you will have the opportunity to choose not to share such information.
