Schubert’s Estate vineyards, which were certified organic in 2013, are closely planted in the traditional, European style with a selection Burgundy clones. The unique climate produces low yields and internationally award-winning wines with intense and complex character.

Following a 93+ score from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate for both the 2013 Marion’s Vineyard and Block B Pinot Noirs, Marion’s Vineyard went on to perform exceptionally in a Decanter Magazine panel tasting. Of 172 New Zealand Pinot Noirs tasted, Marion’s Vineyard 2013 was one of only seven to be rated as “Outstanding” (95 – 97 points).
